"Cactus Sunset"

“Cactus Sunset”, this is a Small painting, 6″x 8″, oil on canvas panel. This painting has SOLD.

I had cactus on my mind today as I pumped up the tires on my lawn tractor and looked at some cactus thorns protruding from the sidewalls. Of course this was the first time I needed to get out and mow and the tractor didn’t quite start. So I left my tools and went for a walk and the result is here in my painting…
